My mom runs almost every morning of the week and she wants to have me and my sister to be her partners. So we are training for a 5K in May. My mom found a site where another mom helped her daughter train for a 5K race. Each week they would do a little bit more and finally at the end of 12 weeks she was ready to run a 5K with her mom! We are on week 2. We run 2 minutes and walk 3 minutes - five times. And we try to run atleast 4 days a week.
